Governance
Management of the association is entrusted to a Board of eleven elected members. There are also five committees each charged with specific duties :
- Audit Committee
- Events and Membership Committee
- Training and Capacity Building Committee
- Finance and Administration Committee
- Mentorship Committee
While the Board is charged with the responsibility of overseeing routine operations of the Association, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is the supreme decision-making authority. We have a secretariat which undertakes routine activities of the association and is headed by the C.E.O.
